The Clifton-Clyde volleyball team won the Wakefield Tournament on Saturday defeating Bennington in the championship match 25-16, 25-22.
The Eagles got wins over Flint Hills, Blue Valley-Randolph, and Wakefield in pool play before beating Republic County in the semifinals.
Blue Valley-Randolph would finish in third place as they defeated Wakefield and Flint Hills in pool play before dropping their semifinal match to Bennington. The Rams would defeat Republic County 25-17, 25-12 to claim third place.
Peabody-Burns would finish in fifth place defeating Wakefield and Flint Hills would finish in seventh place as they would beat St. Xavier.
