Nemaha Central’s Carter Hajek put together an all-time performance on Friday night in the Thunder's 40-16 win against Royal Valley.
Carter finished the game with 20 carries for 396 yards and six touchdowns. Nemaha Central head coach Michael Glatzcak called it one of the best performances he has ever seen.
He’s rushed for over 1,200 yards and 22 touchdowns this season while adding around 500 passing yards and has been a standout defensively.
He was the Sports in Kansas 2A offensive player of the year last year as NC won their second straight state championship.
Nemaha Central is 6-1 and have already claimed the first ever Big East league title and district championship this season.
